Welcome to three little birds photography blog~ Thanks for stopping by! Here you'll find the latest from recent sessions, news, fun styling tips, random tidbits about me and much more. Feel free to branch out and leave a comment or two, I'd love to hear from you.
[twenty and seven]
I'm not so sure most people would consider dragging around a husband, a camera and a tripod around on your birthday fun... but I do! Thank heavens for a husband who every once-in-a-while decides to humor his wife with all her nonsensical whims.
Tried out a new lens while we were at it. Must admit that a lensbaby and tripod don't make for the most congenial pair, but we made do. Something kind of fun and a lot different. Of course it always helps when you have a husband as easy on the eyes as I do (insert collective awwww or for those of you who detest blog PDA, the collective gag) here. Really though, I consider myself a very lucky girl. Thanks to Lee for being such a good sport :)

[road trip]
[happy together]
It's insanely unfair to the rest of us that there are such beautiful people in this world ;)
I've known Marissa for a while and I'm so happy that she has found such a perfect soul mate. It was made evident in just the little while we were together how much they love and care for each other. So happy they have the rest of forever to find out just how sweet and wonderful their relationship can be.

[under the sea]
Here in Utah we like to think anything over 40 degrees is warm. I think the day we took these pictures it got up to 43! Luckily I was able to keep the snow out of these shots. What cute/cold little troopers these guys were, though I'm sure swimming was the last thing from their minds. I hope you'll join me in pretending otherwise ;)
So maybe swimming wasn't at the top of the agenda but the little troopers loved their masks, I think they may have become a permanent accessory. I hope Jill was able to get them off her little guys for bedtime, although I'm sure they could be quite the addition for the bath routine.
Thanks Jill, it's hard to believe how fast your little ones have grown... tell them thanks again for being such sports!

[a horse is a horse of course]
"... of course, unless of course the name of the horse is the famous Mr. Ed !!" A quote from one of my Dad's favorite shows growing up.
Who doesn't dream of having a talking horse as their best friend, I certainly did. Of course growing up my imagined horse's name was much more feminine, she smelled like flowers and accompanied me on my many rides into the sunset.
Last week we took Kinley and her friend on a trip to the farm to make friends with the horses. It's been said that the quickest way to someone's heart is through their stomach (I know this is typically gender specific, today I'm expanding it to include animals as well.) Unfortunately for the horses Kinley decided to feed herself instead. I swear, sometimes I think that girl has the stomach the size of a horse. Not to worry, we still made great friends with the horses. You're seeing the makings of the beginning of a beautiful friendship.
